By accessing and using EfieWura ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

EfieWura is a real estate platform that connects property owners, landlords, and tenants in Ghana. Our services include:

• User account management
• Communication tools between users
• Payment processing for services
• Customer support and assistance

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of EfieWura, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Respect other users' privacy and rights
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

5. Property Listings

Property owners and landlords agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete property information
• Maintain current and up-to-date listings
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants
• Comply with all applicable housing and rental laws
• Not discriminate against potential tenants

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services include:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
• We accept payments through Paystack and Hubtel
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All prices are subject to change with notice

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EfieWura and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EfieWura, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

The information on this Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EfieWura excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our Platform and the use of this Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
